Korea Republic facing Mexico at the Rostov Arena

Let’s head out to Group F of the World Cup, where Korea Republic are facing Mexico at the Rostov Arena. These are our vip soccer predictions today for this clash.

The Korea Republic started their participation at the World Cup with a loss, suffering a 0-1 defeat to Sweden in their opening game. The only goal was scored 20 minutes after the halftime break, when Andreas Granqvist scored the winning goals for the Scandinavians. The Korean team had some opportunities to hurt the Swedes and score at least one goal in the game, but it didn’t happen. They relied on their big star – Tottenham’s Son Heung-min, but even he was unable to help them to win at least a point from this game. Korea Republic finished the game in Nizhniy Novgorod without a single shot on goal.

Now the Koreans are aware that they need to win something from the game against Mexico, if they want to achieve something more in the group. It won’t be easy against the Aztecs, who are leaders in the group, but they do not have any other option. They have to try.

Mexico had a flying start at the World Cup. The Aztecs conquered the current world champion Germany, beating the Mannschaft with 1-0 at the Luzhniki in Moscow. PSV’s star Hirving Lozano scored the only goal in the game, finishing a brilliant counter-attack of the Mexican team. We can say that Mexico played a really good game against Germany and they deserved to win. They proved to everyone that they are a serious team and anyone who underrestimate them is going to have some huge problems.

Do you change a team which managed to beat Germany? Probably not. Mexico’s manager Juan Carlos Osorio is well known as a man who always picks a different starting line-up since he’s leading the Mexicans. But now he doesn’t have a reason to do so. The team he picked against Germany did the job, so don’t be surprising to see the same starting line-up against Korea Republic as well. But Osorio is a strange man, so everything is possible when we talk about him.

In the Mexican team they have to be careful of complacency after the win against Germany. The midfielder Marco Fabian stated that they have to be very careful against Korea and finish their job in the group. And that it won’t be easy. “We can’t sit back against Korea. They say that we are favourites, but at the World Cup there are no favourites”, stated Fabian.

The Korean team is also aware of the dangers which Mexico provides. Against Germany the Mexicans showed how dangerous they are when they are counter-attacking on high speed. Korea’s Jung Woo-young said that he expects Mexico to play in a different way against them. But he added that Korea will also play differently than they did against Sweden.

The hero from the match against Germany Hirving Lozano is the man who is stealing the headlines after the win against the Mannschaft. There are already some paper talk that Lozano could quit PSV after the World Cup and move to an even bigger club. Lozano had a terrific season in the Dutch Eredivisie and he helped PSV win the title. He’s surely a player to watch at the moment.

As for the Korea Republic, everyone will hope that this time Son Heung-min will find a way to score and lead his team to something more in the match.

These are our vip soccer predictions today for the World Cup game between Mexico and the Korea Republic. Good luck!
